Facebook "vacations" are a terrible idea for brands that want to build and maintain a following, writes ShortStack CEO Jim Belosic. His company tried taking a one-week break from Facebook and found that traffic levels slumped sharply -- and didn't bounce back when team members resumed their previous posting schedule. "So what does the data tell us? Don't take a vacation from Facebook," Belosic writes.
