HHS on Friday issued the finalized standards for certifying and training navigators who will offer in-person assistance to people figuring out their coverage options through the Affordable Care Act's insurance exchanges. The agency expects people from churches and other community organizations will serve as navigators. "Navigators will be trained to play a vital role in fulfilling our commitment to help consumers learn about and apply for quality health insurance," CMS Administrator Marilyn Tavenner said.
