Officials in Palm Beach County, Fla., are preparing for new online exams being implemented in 2014, but they lack the number of computers to meet state requirements. About one-quarter of schools in Florida do not meet the new requirement of one computer of specific standards per every two students, officials say. "The world has changed and technology is a regular part of what we do every day. We need to make sure computers are available and kids know how to use them," said Palm Beach County School Board Chairman Chuck Shaw.
