A number of hotels have launched special menus from which departing guests can order meals they can eat during the flight home. Offerings include fresh fruit and Greek yogurt at the Hotel Monaco Denver's "Breakfast with Wings" menu; a slice of apple pie and fresh mozzarella with basil and tomatoes at the Four Seasons Boston; and the "Meals on the Move" menu at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, which includes Lobster Cobb Salad, Thai Style Chicken Salad and Santa Monica Farmers Market Fruit Bowl.
