More than 100,000 U.S. troops discharged under the military's now-repealed ban on gay personnel would have their discharge records amended to reflect current policy under a bill introduced in Congress on Thursday by Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Wis., who is openly gay, and Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-N.Y. The measure has more than 100 co-sponsors.
