The delay for the employer-mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act means many workers will qualify for federal subsidies set aside for people who aren't offered health coverage from their employer, says lawyer Chris Condeluci. Many of these workers will lose their eligibility once their employers begin offering health insurance in 2015, and some may initiate legal challenges in order to prevent their health care costs from increasing, Condeluci says.
