Most "high-potential" employees say their companies offer flexible working arrangements, according to a study by Catalyst. The survey revealed that both men and women use flexible working options, but they don't necessarily use the same ones to the same extent. "[W]omen are more likely to telecommute, which could unintentionally be creating a talent drain in companies by denying these women access to influential networks, senior-level sponsors and advancement opportunities," write Anna Beninger and Nancy Carter of Catalyst.
