Enterprises could eventually take a page from Apple Stores and set up in-house BYOD centers -- modeled on the Genius Bar -- where employees can get service for their devices and browse the latest options, says Mike Burgio, Inergex vice president of managed services operations. "I rarely see people complain about bringing their devices into an Apple Store, compared to the dread of calling the service desk. It's not just getting service; rather it's an educational experience for them," says Burgio, who predicts finance companies will be the first to adopt the practice.
