Making a spa accessible to people with disabilities isn't just the law, it's also good business -- and the right way to treat clients, experts say. Beyond meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, spa owners need to consider how easy it is for someone with a wheelchair to maneuver once they are in the facility, and to train staff in treating people with disabilities appropriately.
