A Massachusetts school district is hoping to increase participation in its breakfast program by offering new menu items -- made possible through the purchase of warming tables. The 10 warming tables, purchased using a $10,000 private grant, will allow the district to keep food warm as it is delivered to students and replace its grab-and-go options with whole-grain french toast, flatbread pizza, waffle sticks and egg sandwiches.
