Men's Wearhouse will acquire menswear brand Joseph Abboud for $97.5 million in cash, reuniting the retailer's chief creative director with the namesake brand he created. The line will be available at Men's Wearhouse's more than 1,100 stores and will eventually be one of the exclusive brands that will account for up to 70% of the chain's overall business, CEO Doug Ewert said.
