As the 2013 National Education Association Representative Assembly prepares to get underway, education blogger Stephen Sawchuck expects Common Core State Standards will dominate much of the gathering. During the assembly, a statement of support for the common core will be discussed, as well as a potential moratorium on the use of high-stakes tests tied to the standards, Sawchuck writes.
