The University of Nebraska Foundation's Beechcraft King Air B200 has been put up for sale. It had been leasing it to the state, but the lease ran out June 30, and the state decided not to sign a new lease, nor to purchase the airplane. "They debated it and ultimately have not made a decision," said NU Foundation spokeswoman Dorothy Endacott. "We did not want to wait indefinitely, and so we've listed it with a broker." The legislature is conducting a study to determine the best way to transport the governor and other state officials.
