Ninety-nine-year-old Ted DiNunzio puts on a suit and goes to work at the Nordstrom store in Westfield Santa Anita mall in California each Friday and Saturday. He's the only greeter for the 150-store chain, a job he got 13 years ago after he started frequenting the store and chatting with customers on his own. Today, shoppers look for him and e-mail customer relations manager Jacqueline Trujillo when they don't see him. "In the feedback I get, no matter what, I always get a comment about Ted. Customers always associate this store with him," she said.
