The Obama administration said Tuesday it will delay until 2015 the start of an Affordable Care Act provision that requires companies with 50 or more full-time workers to offer health insurance or pay a fine, a move supported by business groups including NRF. "This one-year delay will provide employers and businesses more time to update their health care coverage without threat of arbitrary punishment," NRF VP Neil Trautwein said.
