The percentages of Americans who either support the Affordable Care Act or want to see it repealed in its entirety held steady in a recent United Technologies/National Journal Congressional Connection Poll, but many respondents have doubts that the law's implementation is going well. Thirty-six percent said the law should be repealed, 30% prefer to wait and see how the law works, and 27% favor spending more money on implementation. But only 38% agreed that the Obama administration will ensure the law's most important features are implemented properly, while 51% agreed that the administration is not prepared to implement the law and will encounter more major problems.
