The Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, Mass., where deaf-blind activist and author Helen Keller was educated, is expanding its online resources to help general- and special-education teachers nationwide instruct students with vision impairments. Resources -- most of which are free -- include webcasts about literacy and Braille instruction and the causes of vision impairments.
