Keep America Beautiful and the Ad Council have released a new series of public service announcements urging consumers to give used containers a new life. The "I Want To Be Recycled" campaign features a beverage can that wants to be stadium and a bottle that wants to see the ocean. A survey from the Ad Council showed 38% of Americans are avid recyclers. "Our intent is to increase recycling rates, which translates into measurable benefits including waste reduction, energy savings, natural resource conservation and job creation," said Keep America Beautiful's Brenda Pulley.
