Data from more than 600 cafeteria and food-outlet safety inspections at Milwaukee schools found 460 did not show any violations, while 17% had a "critical" violation, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported. Data on restaurants, however, showed more than 40% of food-safety inspections found at least one critical infraction. School Nutrition Association of Wisconsin President Jim Degan said schools have more regulations and training and lower employee turnover than restaurants.
