Richard Whiting, executive director and general counsel for The Financial Services Roundtable, plans to leave in February, coinciding with his 30-year anniversary with the organization. "I hope that I have influenced public policy in a positive way, and I'm proud of our accomplishment," he said. Roundtable President and CEO Tim Pawlenty said Whiting "has been involved with the most significant pieces of financial legislation and regulation over the last three decades."
