SK Hynix denied a report by Bloomberg that it would not be able to deliver resistive random-access memory chips, also known as memristors, to customers until 2015. SK Hynix said separately it would begin selling NAND flash memory devices in this quarter that come with their own internally developed controller chips. The move follows last year's acquisition of Link_A_Media Devices by the company.
