France's GDF Suez is planning to divest as much as 60% of some wind- and solar-energy holdings in a bid to raise at least $784 million, sources said. The facilities represent about 1,000 megawatts of capacity and have an estimated overall value of more than $1.2 billion, the sources said. A tender could be launched in the coming days, with bids due by the middle of the month, one source said.
