At this week's Group of 20 meeting, South Korea will urge caution as the U.S. prepares to scale back its quantitative easing, the finance ministry says. Minister Hyun Oh-seok plans to "point out the need for the U.S. to carefully determine the pace and scope of its withdrawal from stimulus measures by taking into consideration not just its own conditions, but also the global ripple effect," the ministry said.
