U.S.-based upcycling company TerraCycle has partnered with Cadbury to launch a non-recyclable waste salvage initiative in New Zealand this week, the latest addition to the company's 23-country campaign. TerraCycle and Cadbury will donate two cents to charity for every confectionery wrapper that is collected, and the wrappers will be upcycled into usable products such as tote bags and kites.
