The Board of Selectmen in Tewksbury, Mass., approved a host agreement with Penn National Gaming for a proposed $200 million slots-only casino. Penn National agreed to hire locally for both construction and staffing and provide donations for local nonprofits. The town also expects to receive at least $4 million in taxes and mitigation fees.
