A Group of 20 meeting this week in Moscow will give nations a chance to seek assurances from the U.S. and China that their policies will not harm the global economy. Mitsuhiro Furusawa, Japan's vice finance minister for international affairs, has pledged to ask about worldwide implications of Chinese policy. Volatility in currency and bond markets also is expected to be discussed.
