It's easy to cede control of discussions and decision-making processes to the people who shout loudest, but quiet, thoughtful people often have the most important perspectives, writes Mark Stelzner. Try quieting things down and pausing to ask questions that might otherwise get overlooked, Stelzner suggests. "What does success look like?" and "What scares you?" are two such questions.
