DIRECTV may install a range of pricing packages for its NFL Sunday Ticket slate, including a less costly Web-only plan, as an alternative to its current $300-a-year package, according to an analyst who says the satellite provider is quizzing subscribers on their preference. The company's exclusive deal with the NFL, said to be cost about $1 billion a year, is up for renewal in 2015. BTIG analyst Richard Greenfield says other options include a mobile-only plan.
