Apple will end the speculation over whether it will introduce a new mid-range iPhone when the company details its plans for its next model at a Sept. 10 event, according to a published report. Reports have spread throughout the Internet that Apple will diverge from its usual practice of pursuing budget-minded consumers by discounting older versions of the handset. Also on the iPhone front, T-Mobile US confirmed that it will no longer make the iPhone 5 or 4S models available as part of its "no money down" policy.
