AR Capital is acquiring a portfolio of 294 net-leased retail, office and industrial properties from Inland American Real Estate Trust for $2.3 billion. The deal includes the assumption of $795.3 million in debt and Inland's repayment of $360.9 million in debt. The properties will be distributed among three of the net-lease REITs for which ARC is the sponsor: American Realty Capital Trust V, American Realty Capital Properties and American Realty Healthcare Trust.
