New Jersey peach farmers have once again teamed with Campbell Soup and Eastern Propak on a program that turns blemished peaches into salsa that's sold to raise money for the Food Bank of South Jersey. The project raised $92,000 last year for the food bank, which distributed 10 million pounds of food in 2012 and expects the amount to rise this year. "Ninety-five percent of the stuff that goes in the Dumpster is still salvageable," said Anthony Yula of Summit City Farms in Glassboro. "For us, it's fantastic to see all this fruit go to good use."
