Online marketplace Xiu.com, which has signed Salvatore Ferragamo and eBay to partnerships that will give the brands an online presence in China, is working to woo additional foreign partners with an English-language microsite to provide corporate information and partnership materials. The 5-year-old website sells a mix of luxury goods, designer labels, fast fashion and cosmetics. "We believe the combination of full-price products and discounted goods is the best combination," Vice President Celine Yang said.
