Economists project a fourth consecutive month of rising retail sales in the U.S., with a median forecast of 0.3% higher sales in July after June's 0.4% gain. Looking ahead, "growth will accelerate in the second half of the year. The labor market continues to improve. Now that we're working again, let's go shopping," said Brian Jones, a senior U.S. economist at Societe Generale in New York.
