Manufacturing company executives who hope to attract the best talent should first build their corporate brand, said Brian Binke, president and CEO of global recruitment organization The Birmingham Group. Also, companies should provide "a built-in career track" for their employees to keep them from leaving. "Talent wins. Don't just try to fill spots.
