Gazprom Neft and Halliburton have agreed to develop technologies for unconventional resources, deepwater projects and hard-to-access reserves in Russia. This is part of Gazprom's plan to boost to 100 million tons of oil equivalent its oil and natural gas production by 2020. "In order to solve these problems, we are actively cooperating with Russian and foreign service companies choosing the most suitable modern technologies for our oilfields," said Vadim Yakovlev, Gazprom Neft first deputy general director.
