It's natural for employees to start taking their perks for granted, but that shouldn't stop a company from offering them, writes Janine Popick, CEO of VerticalResponse. "My advice is to not let it get to you. If you've made the choice to make perks part of your culture, don't let a few folks who seem not to appreciate it ruin it for everyone," Popick writes.
