A new health IT center has been opened by Kaiser Permanente in Greenwood Village, Colo. The center will eventually employ 700 IT workers when it is fully staffed in 2015, but the company is now seeking applicants for some 95 positions including software developers, solutions architects and managers/directors. "This new IT location is a center of excellence where best in class employees use technology to ensure the delivery of high-quality, affordable health care to Kaiser Permanente members living in Colorado and across the country," said Phil Fasano, Kaiser's executive vice president and chief information officer.
