Smith. India is using public-private partnerships to address its infrastructure needs, and it has created a results-based way to track the success of green development, he notes in this commentary. The interconnected nature of the modern world provides "a golden opportunity to take the best ideas the world has to offer and put them to work here in our own communities," he writes.
