The Chemical Safety Board has criticized the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration's response to seven recommendations involving worker-safety standards as "unacceptable." "Over the years, the CSB has made a number of recommendations to OSHA in the aftermath of tragic accidents. ... The CSB has now set a combustible dust standard as the top priority for the "Most Wanted Safety Improvements" program.
