In this interview, James Rohr, recently retired PNC Financial CEO and now executive chairman for one year, reflects on the bank's growth and the $5.6 billion purchase of $145 billion asset National City during the financial crisis. He also says there "are a lot of good things" about the Dodd-Frank Act, but that it has plenty of red tape and could use some revisions.
