The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has chosen four teams to compete for the $2.4 billion LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building project, according to a Port Authority spokesman. The four teams, which will "design, build, finance, operate and maintain" the terminal, are Aerostar New York Holdings, LaGuardia Gateway Partners, LGAlliance, and LGA Central Terminal Consortium. No start date has been set, though partial completion is scheduled for 2017, and the Port Authority has yet to issue a request for proposals.
