Trampolines can provide a fun, low-impact workout for adults and include core exercises for the upper body in addition to working out the legs, according to fitness trainer Byron Knox. Sometimes called rebounding, trampoline exercise can equal jumping rope or even a run in cardio intensity, and JumpLife CEO Montserrat Markou created a 45-minute workout that she said can burn up to 600 calories.
