Univision's "Despierta America" ("Wake Up America") is seeing significant viewership gains in the key 18-to-49 demographic, even as the major morning show brands are flat or declining. The channel benefits from a slightly younger target market that also spends the highest percentage of disposable income on entertainment, said Univision Network President Cesar Conde. The show's positive focus also draws in viewers and celebrity guests such as Channing Tatum and Halle Berry, Conde said.
