According to new documents released by former government contractor Edward Snowden, the U.S. this year budgeted $52.6 billion for its so-called "black budget," a fund for paying for secret spy activities. The budget report details successes and failures of the U.S. surveillance program and notes that the CIA and NSA have begun to penetrate foreign computer systems to conduct cyberattacks.
