The Obama administration is "working hard" in its review of liquefied natural gas exports proposals, Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz said. "We've committed to trying to do expeditious review -- case-by-case -- in the order as declared by the Department of Energy in 2012," he said. Separately, Moniz said it's the U.S. government's duty to monitor oil and natural gas drilling, particularly hydraulic fracturing, as there are risks associated with such activities.
