Financial advisors are looking for new investment opportunities after the Federal Reserve's announcement to delay a tapering of its bond-buying program. "The future prospects for a long-term bond rally are not good, but you can probably make some money in bonds between now and the end of the year," said Sam Jones, president of All Season Financial Advisors. "With tapering now off the table for the time being, bond money will be going back into the market over the next three to six months, and I think there are some good opportunities out there."
