In a sign that businesses are becoming more receptive to Android mobile devices, enterprise developers are showing more interest in writing applications for the platform, according to an Appcelerator survey, which also showed declining acceptance of Windows-based platforms. Apple continued to lead the poll, with 80% of the 804 respondents saying they were very interested in developing for iOS, the same figure as in the last survey from January. Android gained 7 percentage points to 71% of respondents, but its tablets still lag in popularity behind its smartphones.
