Claims by the German Greens that the Temelin nuclear plant in the Czech Republic has safety flaws are unfounded, according to CEZ and the Czech Republic's State Office for Nuclear Safety, or SUJB. Safety is regularly monitored at the plant and there aren't any health risks, CEZ and SUJB said. Dana Drabova, chairwoman of SUJB, tied the assertion to the upcoming elections in Germany.
