About 10 oil spills are being monitored in Colorado following heavy flooding last week. Two spills are "notable," while the other eight are "minor," according to the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. "In light of the serious conditions on the ground, the industry, at a minimum, must disclose all chemicals that may be contaminating soil and groundwater," Rep. Jared Polis, D-Colo., wrote in a letter to the commission.
