The EU is reconsidering a plan to move oversight of the London Interbank Offered Rate from a U.K. regulator to the European Securities and Markets Authority. Under the revised plan, a group of national regulators, including the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority, would oversee Libor, while ESMA would mediate disputes, an official says. The FCA has been supervising Libor.
